  • How can I register for the Childcare Expo?

You can register for all Childcare Expo events here.


  • Who can attend?

The entire family is welcome to attend the Childcare Expo event.


  • Can I bring children to the event?

You are more than welcome to bring children to the Childcare Expo providing that they are supervised by Sitters. However, please note there will be activities and snacks provided to the children. Parents would have to check the children in and out.


  • Is there a fee to attend?

The Expo is free for the entire family to attend.


  • Can I register on arrival at the Childcare Expo?

Yes, you may register on arrival at the Expo. Please go to the registration desk to do so.


  • How many days is this Expo?

The expo is one day only.


  • How do I register for childcare?

You will be directed to the kidzone childcare registration desk upon arrival.


  • Will photographs and videos be taken at the event?

Yes, by registering for the Childcare Expo you agree to allow any photographs or videos taken by the official event photographer and videographer at the show, of either you or children in your care, to be used in publicity materials by The Childcare Expo.

  • When is set-up and tear-down?

On event day, set-up is between 8:30 and 9:55 a.m. If you need to arrive earlier, please send an email to Thechildcareexpo@gmail.com at least one week prior to the event to make arrangements. Please note there is no refund the event is rain or shine. In the event something occurs the event will reschedule to a later date.


Tear-down begins at 4:01 p.m. Please note that, aside from short breaks or session hosting, your table should be staffed for the duration of the event.

We’ll send an email to all event day partners about one week prior to the event to detail points of entry, where to park, and any other special considerations related to venue access.


  • What’s the event bag?

An event bag is given to all attendees upon their arrival. Event bags contain literature and special offers, and are flat (no depth or protrusions). and sample products, as well as select promotional items.

All of our bags are packed at our office in Nashville, TN and we transport them to the events fully assembled.

The deadlines for receipt give our team enough time to make sure we can pack all of the bags in time for our departure. In some cases, we pack for multiple trips. For instance, the deadline for our Nashville TN, and New Hampshire events is 7/15 because when we leave for New Hampshire, we won’t be back until after! We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but can’t make any guarantees.


  • When and where will the events be held?

This year, we’re hosting all of our events on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the Kidszone floor being open until 3:30 p.m. Giveaways from 10:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m. We carefully select venues that have free and plentiful parking as well as easy highway access. Here’s our lineup for 2023:

  • What’s provided at my table? Can I make special requests?

Unfortunately No, We will do our best to accommodate you!

Unless other arrangements are made, you will receive one 6-foot table (or 8′ table, if that’s what the venue has available) with a white, floor-length linen. If you have a linen you prefer to use instead, or if you want to dress up your table in any way, you are more than welcome to do so! Two chairs are also provided, along with an event-branded tabletop sign with your organization’s name.

We are charged per network connection and there’s a $30 add-on charge, you’ll also receive complimentary access to wireless internet. Instructions and a password will be provided to you on event day.

Even if your table is located near an electrical outlet, we are prohibited by the venues from using them without paying for the connection, for power strips, and for cords to be taped down for safety and liability purposes.


If you already added an electrical outlet to your registration, power will be run directly to you, and a power strip will be under your table on event day. If you need power and haven’t added that on yet, please email us to add it on.

Please note that we maintain an open-concept space on event day. Single-width retractable banners (2.5′ maximum width) are permitted at any table. However, wider / taller signs, shelves, displays, etc. require a perimeter space — please make a special request on your event prep form so we can do our best to accommodate you.


  • Am I allowed to bring food or drinks?

Most of our venues have on-site food vendors. And many of our vendors will be located outside the venue.


  • Can I sell products or services at my table?

Sales are permitted (and encouraged!). Please note that all organizations planning to sell taxable products and / or services on event day are required to supply our team with proof of state filing status at least one month in advance of the event.
